Sesame Dates Laddu

A healthy breakfast keeps us energetic for the entire day. For kids it’s very important to get nutritious breakfast in the morning. Today I am sharing a recipe enriched with vitamins and minerals. It’s quick and easy to make.

Ingredients –
  • Dates – 250 gms
  • Roasted Sesame seeds – 150 gms
  • Roasted Groundnuts – 100 gms
  • Pure Ghee – 2 tbsp
Nutritional Facts –
Sesame Seeds : The many health benefits of sesame seeds are due to its nutritional content, including vitamins, minerals, natural oils, and organic compounds which consist of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, copper, zinc, fibre, vitamin B6, folate, protein, and tryptophan.
Dates : rich in several vitamins, minerals and fibre too. These delicious fruits contain oil, calcium, sulphur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium which are all beneficial for health
Procedure –
Remove the seeds from Dates or take seedless dates and grind it into the mixture jar. After Dates; grind the Roasted sesame seeds and Roasted Groundnuts together. Make a thick powder of all three ingredients. Mix the powder by adding two tablespoons of Pure Ghee in to it. Make small or medium sized balls and store them in an airtight containers. These can be stored at normal temperature for 10 -15 days.
Serve 1 or 2 Laddus daily with a glass of milk.
